TERMS GOVERNING ELECTRICAL SERVICES AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT.
By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or authorizing work, the client agrees to these Terms of Service with J & P Electrical Service, LLC. These terms govern electrical repairs, installations, upgrades, and related labor and materials.
J & P Electrical Service, LLC makes reasonable efforts to complete work within scheduled timelines. Completion dates may be affected by permit requirements, material availability, site conditions, inspection schedules, and timely customer approvals.
Clients agree to pay all quoted service fees, approved change orders, and applicable material costs. Payment terms are defined in the estimate or invoice issued by J & P Electrical Service, LLC. Late payment may result in delayed scheduling or additional fees as permitted by law.
J & P Electrical Service, LLC performs services using industry-standard practices and in accordance with applicable electrical codes. Any warranty coverage is limited to what is stated in writing. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unrelated system failures outside the scope of approved work.
Either party may cancel future services with reasonable notice. If work has already started, the client remains responsible for completed labor, ordered materials, and documented project costs incurred by J & P Electrical Service, LLC up to the cancellation date.
